November is the month that we should reflect on the positive things we have in our lives. There is always something to be thankful for no matter what our circumstances. Gratitude is a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation. It must come from the heart to motivate you in the right direction. It is also the last month of the Autumn season showing us that change can be beautiful. Fall is about releasing the old in order to make way for the new.

What are you grateful for?

Get your coffee or tea and find a cozy spot to read your November issue: Features this month include meeting the new Steering Committee Members, more changes to the SEPIA Website, Tips on Staying Sober this Holiday Season, A.A. History, along with humor, puzzles and so much more!

SEPIA is always looking for members to share their experiences for publication in upcoming Interviews issues. If you would like to write a short article about your experience with a Step, Tradition, meeting, or A.A. event, please contact the office at 215-923-7900 or email info@aasepia.org for more details.

It is a great opportunity to do service from your home!

Newcomers and long-timers alike are welcome to participate. We look forward to hearing from you.
