Here are some frequently asked questions from folks registering for the 2018 SEPIA Roundup.  Online Registration is CLOSED.  WALK IN REGISTRATIONS can be made at the EVENT on Friday, April 7 from noon to 10 pm and Saturday, April 8 from 9 am to 6 pm.  All Walk Ins are WELCOME!


Why do I have to provide "attendee name" and "attendee email" when purchasing tickets?

We need to associate a person with the purchase of a ticket so that we can make sure that person is able to gain entrance.  We also need contact information for that person in the event that we are not able to locate an individual.


Can I pay with a credit card?


You can pay using your credit card – but since SEPIA does not have a merchant account, we use PayPal to process credit card transactions.  This means that you’ll need to paypal to pay for your order with your credit card.

Can I pay with a check, money order, cash?


You’ll need to send your check, or money order to the SEPIA office along with a paper registration form.  The registration form can be downloaded from the main registration page at https://aasepia.org/sepia-round-up-2018  Or at the link below.  We do not recommend sending cash in the mail.  If you need to use cash, please visit the SEPIA office at 444 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123

I forgot my password - what can I do?

The registration site uses a “forgotten password” link.  To use this feature, simple click the link labeled “Forgot Password” and you will be prompted for your email address.  Please use the email address you used when you registered initially.  If you cannot remember this email address – or are having difficulty with the site, please call the SEPIA office at 215-923-7900 during regular business hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and we will try to help you reset your password.


Can I come pick up my shirts?

The T-Shirts will not be available until after the Round-up – please call the office.


Is there a vegan, vegitarian option?

The banquet menu will consist of four choices for main course: Beef, Chicken, Fish and Vegetarian.

I do not see an option for the banquet tickets on the registration site...?

There is a limit of 350 banquet tickets available.  It is possible that all banquet tickets have been sold.


Can you ship my t-shirt, hoodie?

No.  We will not be offering shipping for the apparel products.  You will have the opportunity to pick up your apparel order at the Round-up in Cape May.

Can you ship my tickets?

No.  We do not ship physical tickets.

Can you ship internationally?

No.  We will not be shipping apparel or tickets.

Can you deliver my shirts if I am local?

No – we cannot ship shirts.  Please pick up your apparel order at the event or at the SEPIA office.

How will my shirts ship?

They will not ship.  You may pick up your apparel at the event in Cape May.


If I don't like my shirts/hoodies, can I return them?

Yes.  See someone at the registration desk in Cape May or at the SEPIA office in Philadelphia.

I can no longer attend the round-up ,can I get a refund?
